The DC Department of Employment Services (DOES) engaged Bayne LLC to provide a one-day in-person leadership training program for the director’s executive team covering the topics of cultural sensitivity and sexual harassment
Training
- Planned, coordinated, and provided a full day in-person training for 11 members of the director’s executive team
- Provided presenters, location, and on-site logistics
- Educated participants about cultural sensitivity with an emphasis on working with people across the spectrum of gender identity and with different sexual preferences
- Educated participants on what is/isn’t sexual harassment, how to take responsibility for proper behavior, issues surrounding proper behavior toward colleagues during non-work hours, and the appropriate boundaries in supervisor/supervisee relationships
- Provided a debrief to the DOES director
Issued nationally recognized credentials to participants
