Bayne oversaw the successful development and implementation of the Kustomer customer relationship management tool for the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. The CRM software licenses were implemented to help manage and track agency-customer relationships and ensure that all interactions are performed to the best possible standard no matter the format—in person, online, telephone, email, social media, and beyond. Additionally, all relevant information regarding DCRA services provided, such as permits, licensing, scheduling, inspections, property and interaction histories, are now available via the CRM system to ensure fast and complete resolution.
The system was completely developed and deployed in under 60 days.
