DC Circulator Program Support Services

Bayne is providing public outreach support as a subcontractor on the DC Circulator Program Support Services contract (prime contractor: STV, Inc.). In this role Bayne provides critical support and co-leads public outreach efforts for the project including:

• Organizing and executing meet the rider events at various bus stops around the District
• Conducting customer feedback surveys 
• Planning and executing public hearings and community events
• Providing written responses to public inquiries
• Conducting public opinion polls
• Providing market research to agency officials
