Through a targeted, multifaceted recruitment campaign, Bayne is currently working with the Metro Transit Police Department (MTPD) to develop a robust pool of applicants for the department. Our efforts will include a digital media driven recruitment campaign targeted to high potential markets based on research and historical MTPD hiring data.
The marketing campaign will use attractive visuals and focused advertising to drive applicants from the various social media channels directly to a MTPD job board. The team will also research additional markets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic corridor and provide recommendations to the MTPD team for additional markets to consider for marketing that extend beyond the DC-Maryland-Virginia Metropolitan Area (DMV).
Final Deliverables will include:
Design, develop and implement a MTPD careers website in accordance with WMATA Marketing and IT guidelines

Google search optimization driving applicants to the Careers Website and online application
