Bayne conducted workplace wellness training for over 200 DOES employees to help the agency develop a results-driven performance culture. The training introduced and reinforced the seven benchmarks of a healthy workplace. Staff were given tools to allow them to return to the agency and incorporate the principals of a healthy workforce to improve office culture and support a results-oriented workplace.
