The District of Columbia’s Office of Unemployment Compensation (OUC) and Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs and staff seeks to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic communication and outreach plan and for the District of Columbia Office of Unemployment Compensation (OUC) Unemployment Insurance (UI) and Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax programs, specifically targeting employees and employers in the District of Columbia.
